The grounds were very clean and kept up. The site we had was Not level like we were told. The site had clear stone on it which does shift a little in set up but over all in was nice

This is a very nice KOA, it's east of town on old las vegas highway, lots of Pinon trees around so there's some privacy between sites, the campground had just opened for the year when we got here.  The restrooms were up to speed and ready to go, the satelite restroom hadn't opened yet though.

The wifi is free, but as with most koa's the system is tengointernet, so it's better than nothing but not by much, speed.

The water here was very drinkable, it snowed one morning, but was gone by noon, since there is a mountain between here and Santa Fe, my cell didn't work here.

This park is nice.  However, all sites are dirt.  It could be a problem with dust when the wind comes up and probably could get a little muddy when the snow melts or they have some rain.  However, being here in April with cold mornings, we didn't have a problem.  The sites have a picnic table and either a grill on a post or a campfire ring.  The sites are separated by either a small fence or small trees.  We did have to put a block under the wheel to level our rig.  It is quiet and I like the "country feel".  The staff was very helpful and friendly.  We were escorted to our site because it did make a difference in how you pulled in.  They also let us use their phone when our cells wouldn't work.  The laundry roome was clean and the machines worked.  Their store was pretty well stocked. They also have movies you can borrow and a book exchange in the office.   The cable reception was excellent as was the wi-fi connection (which was free).  The campground is on a frontage road and is about 10 miles from Santa Fe.  The staff was very helpful in telling us how to get to Santa Fe and where to park.  We would definitely stay here again.

Campground was nice and clean and staff friendly enough.
Sites close together, separated by trees which are more like bushes than trees. Okay for overnight, but I wouldn't make this my end destination.
